Welcome to Joyous Life Coaching! Using spiritual principles and a wide variety of coaching tools, Joyous Life
Coaching aims to help you discover or rediscover what gives you the most
joy, what you want to accomplish in your life, what aspects of your being
you most want to share with the world, and how you want to live out your
life purpose. I believe that as you live closer to your purpose
you find a greater sense of joy and fulfillment.
In these times of change, we are presented with opportunities to listen to the
inner guidance that will help us gather courage to step out, to follow our hearts,
our urgings and in our own way, become the new models of leadership.

Individual Coaching
Four months of coaching designed to help you live a more joyous life at the pace that works for you. Sessions are typically 45 - 60 minutes.
- Three sessions per month - Unlimited email check-ins or brief phone check-ins - $400/month
How does it work?
Like a finely woven tapestry is an intricate weave of threads, I believe that we, too, are made up of a multitude of gifts, talents and qualities that are interwoven to make up who we are. It is with that perspective that I approach joyous life coaching – I bring all my experiences as coach/counselor/healer/administrator/human being to the work we do together to bring all the rich threads of your life into greater use and fullness.
As a guideline, I use what I call the “5 C†system to help you build the life you want. The “5 C“ structure is beautifully simple, yet very rich when filled in with your personal experience:
- Clarify where you are now and where you want to be.
- Create a plan or road map for how you could get from here to there.
- Commit to reaching your destination.
- Confront the challenges and obstacles as you reach them.
- Call for help when you need it!
- Choose to recommit to your goal.
- Congratulate yourself for the steps you take – every step is important.
