Are you worrying too much? Do you find yourself frustrated and focusing on things or situations that you don’t want in your life? In this month’s teleclass, we’ll discuss “Pivoting” one of my favorite tools to alleviate this type of negative cycle.

Joyous Lifeworks life coach and inspirational speaker, Shawn Murphey will share techniques to put the Laws of Attraction into action in your life and allow your authenticity and “soul sparkle” to shine through.

Putting the Law of Attraction into practice can be inspirational and fun! But there can also be many areas where we get distracted or tripped up. In this teleclass we will talk about some of those distractions and focus on one of the processes to gently turn from them and get back on track.

In this teleclass you will begin to learn:

  • A tool you can use any time to alleviate worry and negative thinking.
  • How to develop a clearer understanding of what you do want, rather than what you’re tolerating.
  • Reduce stress through identifying and releasing thoughts and beliefs that cause inner turmoil.
