I'm a self-help junkie.  Passionate about personal and spiritual development.  Love the stuff.  Think it works.  Have way too many books on the subjects.  Want the best for people, can usually see the best in people.  Student of Sufism.   Have been involved in personal and spiritual development since my late teens…a long time ago.  I'm a (very young) grandma to two beautiful and funny little ones.  Love playing the kazoo, because it's so easy…and no one sounds good - you're not even supposed to!   My personal intention for 2008 is to come out of my shell even more…to learn to appreciate - or at least accept as graciously as possible - the inevitable discomfort involved in growth.
